I love the sense of freedom I get from following those whimseys and passions and compelling fascinations. It's such a relief to not have to always be so darn linear and productive all the time. Thanks. This was calming and helpful in some way that I don’t fully understand yet…like your spiral. It’s the first time I’ve thought about my doodle eye. It shows up everywhere. Now suddenly…I SEE it. It’s my need to see things; to understand them. Which is cool cause sometimes I wondered if it meant I was a psycho…lol…way too much CSI.

Oh I’m such a huge fan of this. Allowing something to play and exist without the need for justification can be such a thrill. I see my children do this all the time – there are no labels, no reasons, just “because”. Sometimes it’s scary – the ‘not knowing’ – but inevitably the spiral does move toward your center. We just have to trust in the journey.

And can I just say how much I love the phrase ‘Transcendoodle Meditation’ – I want some of that
