Making progress requires the continual decision to keep departing, to keep leaving behind what you did and who you were the day before. It’s not always easy.
Some days you’ll be low on fuel and won’t be able to fly very far. Some days you’ll stray off course and find you’re headed in the wrong direction.
Even so, if you manage to take off, you will, at the very least, wind up somewhere you’ve never been and have an actual course to correct.
Don’t ground yourself. Don’t leave yourself stranded on the runway. Get up, taxi down the runway, prepare for takeoff, and depart. Do this every day.
