Shark Head – Another Mildly Creative Poem

by Ken on June 9, 2010

He had a mind like a shark,
always hunting, always feeding,
always moving just to keep breathing.

Even in sleep, it kept its eyes open,
scanning the dreamy surface
for bits of memory and scraps of ideas.

And every now and then,
it would spot a solution’s shadow
or catch a glimpse of a reflection
from an answer swimming for shore.
