I’m really busy this week, working lots of double shifts to get in as many hours as I can so I can take the time off for my move next week.

I have a tendency to bite off more than I can chew.

Some things hurt worse than you think they’re going to.

I’m going to be okay, but I’m not okay just yet.
The truth is . . .
I’ll be back just as soon as I decide what this new beginning is all about.

I believe I’ll be much stronger then.

So friend. Now is the time to feel your body (take that whichever way suits!) It cannot lie. When it tells you its thirsty, dont eat, drink water. When it feels tired, rest. When its itchy for movement, make love, run, jump play dance. When its too full, give it more roughage.
Treat your body like your best friend.
But best of all. LAUGH. At yourself, life and the universe……… its all too funny. Know you are loved. Know you are the best version of Ken there has or ever will be, foibles and all.
